Starting with our July 1, 2020 issue, we will be accepting business card sized ads for our newsletter. Specifications are as follows: Camera Ready Format: jpg, gif or png Size: 4.5" wide by 2.5" high at least 100 dpi or more Full color or B&W accepted NOTE: If you want us to set up your ad, there is a one-time setup fee of $10. Where to send your ad copy: carolgrey@claytonvalleyvillage.org In the subject line put: AD FOR CVV VILLAGE VOICE Please include your name, phone number and number of times you'd like to run your ad. We will contact you by email and/or phone to confirm your order and to send you an invoice. Cost per ad (prices listed below are for the SAME ad running consecutively): $25 One-time inclusion $45 Two consecutive issues ($22.50 per issue) $60 Three consecutive issues ($20 per issue) $75 Four consecutive issues ($18.75 per issue) $92.50 Five consecutive issues ($18.50 per issue) $108 Six consecutive issues ($18.00 per issue) $180 Twelve consecutive issues ($15.00 per issue) If you change your ad content, there is a one-time additional setup fee of $10 for each change. In other words, you can contract with us to run an ad for six consecutive months at $108 but want to change the content of your ad after 3 months, you will be billed an additional $10 service fee for each change.
